Twenty-five years of finding out what actually works.
Years of leading businesses and mentoring leaders. Our founders worked out what genuinely drives business success, and turned those lessons into practical frameworks.
The frameworks became an in-person business leadership journey in Zimbabwe. 232 leaders came through it over five years.
Maverix Limited was established in Mauritius and the journey went online, starting with 29 candidates from three countries.
Everything we had learned became The Maverix System, delivered one to one and to leadership teams.
More than 400 business leaders across 14 countries. Endorsed and accredited by the CPD Standards Office, with representation in the DRC, Rwanda, Qatar, Botswana, Gabon and Dubai.

Coaching is not an add-on to the Maverix System. It is how the System works. Fifteen sessions across the year, one at the end of every milestone, plus three in reserve.
