The conversation
Up to two hours, confidential. We look at the business, the pressure you are carrying, the numbers, and what you actually want out of it. This establishes your Maverix Profile, which your coach then builds on for the rest of the System.
The recommendation
We tell you honestly whether the System fits. If it does, we recommend the route, the pace and the coach who would run it with you.
Milestone one
Work starts in your own business, usually within two weeks of agreement.
Nothing formal.But the honest version is more useful.
- What you actually want the business to do for you, not the mission statement version
- Where your profit really comes from, if you know. If you do not, that is useful information too
- What has stalled, and roughly when it started
- Who else has real influence over the ambition and the strategy
- What you have already tried
This is a conversation, not an assessment.
You are not being sold to and you are not being judged. Plenty of these conversations end with us saying the timing is wrong, or that something else needs to happen first.
