Maverix Limited
The Maverix System

One system. Seven cornerstones. Twelve milestones.

A complete way of thinking about and operating a business, applied directly to your own business while you learn it.

The complete picture

Everything a business is, in the order it needs to be built.

Each cornerstone produces something the next one needs. Work them out of order and the pieces do not fit.

Ambition

The primary driver of everything else. Clarity on what you want personally, and what the business exists to deliver for you. Most leaders have never written this down.

Models

The financial frameworks that set the limits of what is possible. How your business actually makes profit, generates cash and builds balance sheet value.

Strategy

The route from where you are to the model you just built. Direction, priorities, and the small number of things that genuinely matter.

Structure

Functions, accountability and execution discipline. Who owns which number, and what happens when it moves.

People

The energy that makes the structure work. Leadership, culture, and getting the right behaviour without standing over people.

Tools

The instruments that create advantage. Brand, funding, investment decisions and the practical frameworks that let you compete.

Growth

When, where and how to grow, and what the business is worth. The point all six previous cornerstones were building toward.

The milestone

Seven steps, repeated twelve times.

Every milestone runs the same way. Two to four weeks each.

Learn

Watch the lessons, read the material, pass the quizzes.

Work

Complete the workbook activities. Think it through and write it down.

Implement

Take it into the business. Around two hours a week of real work.

Build

Produce the deliverable from the template. Worked examples show you what finished looks like.

Submit

Upload it for your coach to review before you meet.

Coach

Up to two hours. Review, challenge, agree the actions.

Sign off

Your coach signs the milestone. The next one opens.

The gate

You cannot progress until the deliverables are submitted, the coaching session has happened, and your coach has signed off.

The arc

Four stages.Twelve milestones.Around eleven months.

Each stage ends with a leeway block. That is deliberate space to catch up and to let the work land in the business before the next stage starts.

FoundationTwo weeks leeway

Start with you. What you want, what the business is for, and how you lead.

Guideline eleven months. Maximum thirteen. There are no cohorts and no intake dates. You start when you are ready and you move when the work is done.

Coaching

Fifteen sessions.Up to two hours each.

Twelve sit at the end of each milestone. Three are held in reserve for when something in the business needs attention between milestones.

Every coach has built and grown businesses of their own, and made the expensive mistakes doing it. Not a trainer working from a deck.

Before the session

Your coach reads what you submitted. The time is spent on your business, not on you explaining what you did.

In the session

They interrogate the assumptions. Are these real numbers or hopeful ones? Do you actually understand your break-even day?

After the session

They update your Maverix Profile. By the end of the year there is a complete written picture of you and the business.

Then they sign off

Or they do not. That decision is theirs, not yours, and it is what opens the next milestone.

What is included

The platform, the workbooks, and the coach.

The platform

Twenty-one lessons and around 240 video modules covering the seven cornerstones in detail. Roughly twenty-five hours of video, taken at your pace, from anywhere. Your workbooks are digital here, your deliverables are submitted here, and your coach sees your progress here.

The workbooks

Seven workbooks, one per cornerstone. 420 published pages of frameworks, philosophies and templates. The work is done on the platform, and you are also sent a leather bound hardcopy set to keep and to write in if you want to.

The templates

Every spreadsheet exercise comes with an editable template and a completed worked example, so you can see what finished looks like before you start.

The coaching

Fifteen sessions, up to two hours each. Twelve at the end of each milestone, three held in reserve for when something in the business cannot wait.

118 calls to action

Specific things to do in the business, not ideas to consider. Each one lands in your own operation and produces something real.

Accredited

The Maverix System is endorsed and accredited by the CPD Standards Office.

The outputs

Documents you own, and actually use.

These are not certificates. They are the working documents of your business, built by you, on your numbers.

Every one is built during the System, kept by you, and used long after it.
